Kids' ER Visits for Swallowing Toys, Foreign Objects Have Doubled Since 1990s

FRIDAY, April 12, 2019 — About 100 kids a day are rushed to U.S. emergency rooms after accidentally swallowing a toy piece, battery, magnet or other foreign object, according to new research.
